Traditional Okinawan Weapon Arts
Kobudo (古武道具) means "ancient martial weapons" and refers to the traditional Okinawan weapons that were used alongside empty-hand karate. These weapons evolved from farm tools and everyday implements used by peasants for self-defense.
At Shorinryu Bukenkan India, we preserve the traditional forms and techniques passed down through our lineage from Okinawa. Training in Kobudo develops discipline, coordination, and a deeper understanding of Okinawan martial culture.
